Please be sure to note the following:
For your convenience, all free trial subscriptions not cancelled
at least three (3) days prior to the conclusion of your free one-month
trial period will automatically be converted to monthly recurring
subscriptions at the standard rates below. However, you may easily
cancel your subscription at any time prior to the conclusion of
the trial period by simply e-mailing a cancellation notice to support@morpheustrading.com
or calling our offices toll free at (888) 274-1017 no later than
three days prior to the conclusion of your free trial period (27
days from today). Upon doing so, you will receive a confirmation
e-mail within 48 hours or less, so there is no reason to be concerned
about after-cancellation charges. MTG prefers to avoid those types
of hassles with customers and will gladly handle any cancellations
promptly. The "terms and conditions" below provide complete
details about all our policies, including free trials.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In order to process your subscription, you must
understand and agree to the following:
Morpheus Trading, LLC is a Florida Limited Liability
Company doing business as Morpheus Trading Group (hereinafter
known as "MTG"). MTG provides educational subscriber-based
services through various electronic newsletters, but does NOT
advise its clients or any other person to buy or sell positions
in securities. It is simply MTG's goal to empower its clients
to confidently make their own independent trading decisions. MTG
also does not receive any form of payment or other compensation
for publishing information, news, research or any other
material concerning any securities on our site, nor does
MTG publish any information on the site that is intended
to affect or influence the value of securities.
MTG is not registered as a broker, broker-dealer, investment
advisor, agent or representative of the U.S. Securities
and Exchange Commission, or any similar authority. The Company
does not teach or recommend to any Client of their financial
suitability to trade equities. MTG offers no analysis or
advice regarding its clients' individual financial suitability
to trade equities and, under no circumstances, shall MTG
be liable to any visitor, user, and/or any third party for
any lost profits, lost opportunities, indirect, special,
incident, consequential, punitive, or any other damages
whatsoever. MTG assumes no responsibility or liability for
any inaccuracies, misstatements, errors, or fabrications
contained within any documents, data, materials, and web
site pages contained herewithin and associated pages, either
through error or negligence.
You agree to hold MTG harmless for any act resulting directly
or indirectly from this site, its data, content, materials,
associated pages and documents.
Subscribership may not be assigned or transferred to any
other person or entity. Subscriber must promptly inform
MTG of the following: Changes in the expiration date of
any credit card used in connection with the Service; changes
in home or billing address; and apparent breaches of security,
such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of
an ID or password. Until MTG is notified, by e-mail or by
telephone of a breach in security, the Subscriber will remain
liable for any unauthorized use of the Service.
By completing this form, you are authorizing us and agree that you will be automatically registered to receive
periodic updates and announcements from MTG.
If you are not interested in receiving any further e-mails
from us, you will be able to easily un-subscribe from within
any of our e-mails. We do not, however, believe in overloading you with junk mail and never sell your contact information to other vendors.
FREE TRIALPOLICY
Trial subscription terms:
When registering for a free trial subscription to the Services,
Clients will be required to provide personal billing information
via credit card or Paypal account. Upon initial registration,
Clients will be given a one-month (four consecutive calendar
weeks) free trial period which enables them to evaluate
the Services with no further obligation. However, if the
Company does not receive written notice of cancellation
from the Client at least three (3) days prior to the conclusion
of the free trial period, the Client will be billed the
regular monthly subscription fee of the corresponding service.
Those charges are $49 per month for The Wagner Daily, $95
per month for The MTG Stalk Sheet, or $129 per month for
the combination of The Wagner Daily and The MTG Stalk Sheet.
Thereafter, the Client will continue to be billed on a monthly
recurring basis until the Company receives written notice
of cancellation from the Client. For details on canceling
subscriptions, see "Cancellation and Refund of Your Subscription"
below.
Abuse of Trial Subscriptions:
If a person is found to have used multiple trial accounts
or the Company has reason to believe that a customer may
have abused the trial system through fraud or otherwise,
the alleged customer's credit card will be charged our monthly
subscription rate of the corresponding Service for each
violation. If possible, the Client will be contacted by
phone and/or by email, if such action occurs.
The sole purpose of this provision is to limit abuse of
the trial subscription process and to enhance the quality
of our services to those paying for our services.
Trial Subscriber Violations:
For each Client to gain access to information provided by
Morpheus Trading Group, including The Wagner Daily or other
services provided, the client agrees to abide by the terms
and conditions and accepts this legal document by means
of an electronic signature. Morpheus Trading Group allows
only one trial period of thirty consecutive calendar days
per Client. The Company defines "Client" as a household,
workplace, duplicate IP addresses, or any other means that
the Company may use to identify duplicates. The Company
has implemented an advanced automated tracking system, which
records IP addresses and several other unique statistics
for tracking trial subscriptions. The Company will only
use this information should it be reasonably determined
that a Client or individual or entity has potentially violated
the agreement. Our system records the necessary information
to turn over to collection agencies, etc. The Company will
only charge the credit card provided by the client at the
initial registration for trial subscription if the Company
has reasonable proof of a breach of this agreement. The
amount charged for violations will be equivalent to one
regular monthly subscription fee. The Company reserves the
right to use a collection agency to collect any outstanding
balances. Morpheus Trading Group reserves the right to seek
appropriate punitive damages.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL POLICY
Payment for the appropriate services will be made by automatic
credit card debit. Subscribers will be automatically renewed
for the original term upon expiration, unless MTG is notified
via e-mail (support@morpheustrading.com
) or by phone (800-506-3394) three days prior to membership
expiration.
Unless and until this agreement is canceled by e-mail
or by telephone, Subscriber hereby authorizesMTG to charge
Subscriber's credit card to pay for the ongoing (monthly,
quarterly or yearly) cost of membership.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Subscription to our services may be terminated at any
time, and without cause, by eitherMTG or the Subscriber
by e-mail or by telephone. When termination is requested
by a Subscriber, subscription fees are NOT refunded. Subscribers
are liable for charges incurred by them until termination
of service. Cancellation of service is not official until
Subscriber receives e-mail confirmation from MTG. If Subscriber
does not receive a cancellation confirmation within 24 hours
of request (excluding weekends and holidays), Subscriber
must call our offices toll free at (888) 274-1017 to resubmit
the cancellation and verify that his/her e-mail address
is correct.
